  • 3 years clinical practice experience in behavioral health (hospital setting
  • Managed care/utilization review experience preferred
  • alternative care setting such as home health or ambulatory care) required
  • Must be Arizona Resident
  • Registered Nurse (RN) with unrestricted active state license.
  • Arizona LICENSE of one of the following: Licensed independent Behavioral Health clinician in state of service LCSW LPC LMFT LISAC
