BEHAVIORAL HEALTH LPN

Responsibilities:

Provide patient care under direction of nursing staff

Administer prescribed medications to patients

Sterilize and prepare medical tools and equipment

Assist in the transport of patients

Provide companionship and basic care to patients

Maintain a clean and healthy environment

​Qualifications:

Valid LPN license

CPR / BLS certification

Familiarity with medical terminology and charting

Previous experience in nursing or patient care a plus (a min of 1 year experience)

Ability to build rapport with patients

Compassionate and caring demeanor

Ability to work well in teams

Preferred:

Experience in a Behavioral Health Facility.
