Requirements

• avoiding hospitalizations and helping them return to an optimal level of fun
• Other: Employee will have the opportunity to practice in a setting within a community where autonomy and coordination of care are the focal points. Keeping patients safe at home
• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certification through the American Heart Associationv
• License: Current RN license in the state of Missouri. Valid Driver's License
• Preferred Education: Bachelor degree in Nursing preferred
• Required Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited school
• Experience: One year experience in a related field
