• Competency: Supports hospital mission for rural health care.
• Represents the hospital in a positive way with outside individuals

• Competency: Is self-regulated in adhering to the medical staff by-laws
• Participates with your Administrator to evaluate needs for the clinic setting on an on-going basis. This is to include both human resources and material resources.
