St. George’s Care, operators of Casa Antonia Nursing and

Residential Home, Balzan, is expanding its operations through

the development of The Imperial, Sliema.

As part of our restructuring process and whilst seeking to

provide the best possible care to our elderly residents, we are

seeking to recruit a Nursing ManagerThe Nursing Manager is responsible for managing clinical resources efficiently and effectively, to attain

and maintain the highest level of care to residents. S/he will assist the Facility Manager in the smooth

running of the Home and in maximizing occupancy, in addition to ensuring it's financial and operational

performance through effective budgetary controls.

The ideal candidate should have proven management and excellent clinical abilities. S/he should have the drive, ambition and determination to make the Home succeed.
