Outreach Nurse – ITU London Permanent Full Time Salary upwards of £42,000 per annum plus 9% shift enhancement plus Benefits We are seeking a motivated and experienced critical care nurse to join our client’s dynamic Critical Care Outreach team. We are looking for someone who demonstrates sound clinical knowledge; with relevant experience in an acute/critical care setting to support the delivery of a high quality nurse led Outreach Service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The CCOT is a multidisciplinary team of experienced critical care practitioners that assist with the nursing care of patients who are acutely unwell, deteriorating or at a high risk of deterioration. This is achieved by supporting education and working with the ward staff to optimise the quality, care and experience of our patients. The CCOT are also members of the hospital resuscitation team providing clinical response to peri/cardiac arrest and major haemorrhage events. The Team also supports the safe transfer of patients from low acuity wards to HDU or ITU.
