EAP Clinical Counselor

Requirements

• Master’s degree in counseling profession required
• or Clinical Psychologist
• LISW
• LMSW
• LCSW
• LMFT
• Current valid independent professional licensure to practice per state regulations in one or more is required: LPC
• Call Center experience preferred
• Behavioral Health or Social Services experience is preferred
• 1+ years of EAP
• Familiarity with brief therapy models and Motivational Interviewing preferred
• Experience working with diverse populations preferred
• Strong computer and literacy skills required
• Experience in facilitating patient/client positive behavioral change required
• 1+ year of crisis intervention skills required
