The Florida Department of Health is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to swab patients for COVID-19 at various testing sites in Broward County, FL. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication, leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a constantly changing environment. QUALIFICATIONS: •           Having an assertive and customer friendly style of communicating. •           Good overall health: able to stand for 2-hour intervals and lift 20 pounds •           Willing, if needed, to be tested for COVID-19 •           Comfortable wearing personal protective equipment (PPE – mask, gloves, goggles, coveralls) for 2-hour intervals JOB DUTIES: 1.          Interacting with patients. 2.          Performing nasal swab specimen collection 3.          Performing rapid covid tests 4.          Performing antibody testing 5.          Wearing appropriate PPE (To be provided by DOH)

UK applicants only There are remote working roles available where the candidate is required to carry out a phone Triage service. We are also recruiting for mobile Nurses who will be required to travel over a fairly large area to visit patients in their home. A car is therefore essential.
