TEAM LEADER CARE

Requirements

• Have experience of leading a shift
• Understand care planning processes and have experience of writing care plans
• Have knowledge and use of clinical assessment tools e.g. Waterlow
• Have experience of working with older people
• Have NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care and have worked as a Senior Care Assistant / Team Leader in a previous role
