The Patient Experience Coordinator provides a channel between the patient and the organization through which patients, staff, and providers may seek potential solutions to problems and concerns related to the care provided.
The Patient Experience Coordinator acts as a neutral party in sensitive care concerns and patient experiences by actively listening, instilling trust and confidence, and conveying professionalism to the patient(s), provider(s), or staff member(s) involved.
The individual communicates and demonstrates to the patient, family, organization's employees, and surrounding communities the concern and responsiveness of the organization in serving the unique health care needs of everyone. The Patient Experience Coordinator provides patient experience support for the organization system-wide.
