The role includes managing a caseload of patients diagnosed with and having treatment for these specialities. The role will include collaboration and liaison with Consultant medical staff, ward/departmental staff, and other CNSs, to provide seamless evidence based holistic pathway of care for all patients referred into the service. Outreach Nurse – ITU London Permanent Full Time Salary upwards of £42,000 per annum plus 9% shift enhancement plus Benefits We are seeking a motivated and experienced critical care nurse to join our client’s dynamic Critical Care Outreach team. We are looking for someone who demonstrates sound clinical knowledge; with relevant experience in an acute/critical care setting to support the delivery of a high quality nurse led Outreach Service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The CCOT is a multidisciplinary team of experienced critical care practitioners that assist with the nursing care of patients who are acutely unwell, deteriorating or at a high risk of deterioration.
