The role includes managing a caseload of patients diagnosed with and having treatment for these specialities. We are looking for someone who demonstrates sound clinical knowledge; with relevant experience in an acute/critical care setting to support the delivery of a high quality nurse led Outreach Service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The CCOT is a multidisciplinary team of experienced critical care practitioners that assist with the nursing care of patients who are acutely unwell, deteriorating or at a high risk of deterioration.
