Nurse Administrator OT Description: To take over and hand over the patient to the floors/ ICU.To be the nurse advocate of the patient.To maintain a clean and sterile OT at all times.To check and maintain all records of OT equipments and take necessary actions whenever requiredTo plan and schedule all OT supplies/ instruments/ equipments effectively so that they are optimally utilised.To maintain the OT records with respect to patients and equipments as per policyTo plan and schedule manpower for surgeries effectively without wastage of time and manpower.Managing and providing supportive staff during critical incidents/ emergency situations.Be open to discuss any sentinel events/ near misses for promoting corrective action and ensuring high quality patient care.To assist in ensuring OT policies and procedures are followed at all times
