1. Minimum 8+ years of experience in medical coding with 2+ years of in Managerial role2. Thorough knowledge of ICD-10 and CPTs and must have experience in Multi-Specialty & specific to Surgery, IVR, E&M3. Should be able to code and audit as an SME, if needed to challenge the SME within or external.4. Responsible for the daily operations of coding division including monitoring quality and quantity of workflow to ensure completion of work assignments.5. Accountable for Team performance and Quality, Ensure the TAT and Quality of projects handled6. Assists in the development of coding policies and practice standards, Recommend trainings to improve team performance7. Manage client Engagement, Interactions, client escalations and maintain coordination with internal and external teams
