JOB PURPOSEThe Product Manager is responsible for developing new products and services for customer baseand enhance existing products and services, in the medical, health care and wellness domains.Other responsibilities include: Define and own the company Product Roadmap Coordinate /interface with partner’s commercial/marketing teams to provide intelligence & requirements from themarket for product development & planning.The Product Manager’s job also includes ensuring that the product supports thecompany’s overall strategy and goals.RESPONSIBILITIES• Define the product strategy and roadmap• Deliver Market Requirements Documents (MRD) and Product Requirements Documents(PRD) with prioritized features and corresponding justification• Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities• Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples• Be an expert with respect to the competition• Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product• Perform product demos to customers• Set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals• Deliver a monthly revenue forecast• Develop sales tools and collateral• Propose an overall budget to ensure success• Brief and train the sales force at quarterly sales meetings• Brief press and analysts and go on press tours• Act as a leader within the company• Works hand in hand with the product owner• Can assume the role of a Release Manager• Responsible for the creative process of generating, developing, and curating new ideas• Prioritizing services and features by ranking them against the strategic goals and initiatives.• Analyse the target market and direct marketing effort towards identified segment Managethe customer focus group / satisfaction for company Health products Manage end to endrelationship with partners – content intake, tool updates, reporting, GTM including in-lifeproduct life cycle, promotional coordination

•Record patient medical histories and document examination results, treatment plans, and patients' outcomes.•Examine patients to assess general physical condition and to assess mobility, strength, communication, or cognition.• Assess characteristics of patients' pain such as intensity, location, and duration using standardized clinical measures.•Treat chronic diseases or disorders and provide inpatient or outpatient medical management of neuromuscular disorders, musculoskeletal trauma, acute and chronic pain, deformity or amputation, cardiac or pulmonary disease, or other disabling conditions.•Monitor patient progress or responses to treatment and monitor effectiveness of pain management interventions such as medication and spinal injections.•Develop treatment plans that use non-medical therapies and develop comprehensive plans for immediate and long-term•rehabilitation including therapeutic exercise; speech and occupational therapy; counselling; cognitive retraining; patient, family or caregiver education; or community reintegration.•Collaborate with healthcare professionals (multidisciplinary team/s) to plan or provide treatment and coordinate physical medicine and rehabilitation services with other medical activities.•Consult or coordinate with other rehabilitative professionals including physical and occupational therapists, rehabilitation nurses, speech pathologists, neuropsychologists, behavioral psychologists, social workers, or medical technicians.•Prescribe treatments or therapies and physical therapy to relax the muscles and improve strength.
