The primary role of a Speech Language Pathologist at Elwyn/Chester is to address speech and language delays, oral motor concerns, fluency or sound production problems. As a Speech language Pathologist at Elwyn/Chester, you should expect to: Follow Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) and develop methodologies for reaching each child's specific developmental goals. Provide various strategies to family members or caregivers and facilitate active involvement to carry-over in day-to-day activity. Provide services in different settings such as homes, daycares, centers, or other community settings. Ensure that progress is evident and that family members or caregivers are active participants in early intervention through addressing specific goals and communicating with the entire team. Requirements: PA Speech Therapy (SLP) license Strong Clinical & Interpersonal Skills Excellent Written & Oral Communication Skills Saturday scheduling from 9am to 12 noon is available. As a contractor or employee, you can begin servicing your caseload at the Chester office suite. Please note: We will also accept a professional in their Clinical Fellowship Year and provide supervision.
