The primary role of a Speech Language Pathologist at Elwyn/Chester is to address speech and language delays, oral motor concerns, fluency or sound production problems. As a Speech language Pathologist at Elwyn/Chester, you should expect to: Follow Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) and develop methodologies for reaching each child's specific developmental goals. Provide various strategies to family members or caregivers and facilitate active involvement to carry-over in day-to-day activity. Provide services in different settings such as homes, daycares, centers, or other community settings.
