A Registered Nurse administers skilled nursing care to patients on an intermittent basis in theirplace of residence. This is performed in accordance with physician orders and plan of care underthe direction and supervision of the Director of Clinical Services/Nursing Supervisor.

A person who is a licensed physician, or2. Is a registered nurse, or3. Has training and experience in health services administration and at least one (1) year ofsupervisory or administrative experience in home health care or related health program.NOTE: For individuals that begin employment with the Agency on or after January 13, 2018,the Administrator is a person who: Is a licensed physician, a registered nurse or holds an undergraduate degree. Has experience in health service administration, with at least 1 year of supervisory oradministrative experience in home health care or a related health care program.4. Demonstrated ability in or application of organizational/communication skills.5. Ability to deal effectively with high levels of stress.6. Ability to enlist the cooperation of many people in furthering a program.
