• To serve as a direct point of contact for customers and receive incoming calls • To respond to enquiries and provide information or assistance to customers • To ensure that customers receive an optimum level of service or help they require. • Specimen collection (includes drawing blood), distribution of specimen; and recording in accordance with Standard Of Procedure (SOP) • To Monitor stock usage and maintain required stock level in accordance with SOPs • To liaise with laboratory staff to provide optimum care and effective service to patients • To implement and comply with all company Health and Safety policies • To generate weekly activity log and report • To provide on-the-job training and supervise trainees
