Sugarman Health and Wellbeing are currently seeking for a Female Health Care Assistant to join our Complex Care Team to care for a young Female patient with spinal injury, a tracheostomy, Oxygen and is on a ventilator at night. She is in her early to mid 20's. We want to fulfil her dream of studying on campus at the University of Hertfordshire.  Her Care needs include personal care, toileting, meal prep, support with Moving and Handling as she is wheelchair based. As well as Social support - support accessing the community, managing her day to day routines. There will be 2:1 support for her. She will have a live-in carer with her at all times. The Care Assistant will work alongside a core team of day shift and night shift care staff to help support the patient at all times. Applicants require a minimum of 6 months care experience.
