Responsible for developingquality content strategy, as well as creating its deliverables (Clinical scenario-basedquizzes, Case study, Role play, gamification of healthcare skills, stock images and videocontent).The IQAC -Healthcare member is expected to Take responsibilities for assessing and assuring the technical and clinicalrelevance of content written by SMEs Recognize the skill gaps in course modules and take relevant measures to enrichthe quality of learning materials Use Plagiarism tools effectively to establish and maintain high quality coursematerials. Organize the Course modules as per the requirement of internal & external LMSteam Communicate with SMEs foe iterations and reiterations and check completedwork for accuracy Include evidence based clinical practices published by national & internationalprofessional bodies wherever required Comply with integrity and security policies related to intellectual property rightsof the company Contribute to the creation of high-quality course content for digital and printcommunications efforts by writing or editing course modules received fromSMEs Edit the work done by SMEs to ensure quality standards are met to avoidomissions and duplications. Ensure that material developed is factually and technically accurate, as well asinteresting and engaging for the learners Manage an ongoing list of course content, assessment and training tasksefficiently. Monitor and include trends, best practices and emerging technologies indevelopment of course materials Record pertinent internal and external conversations on content writeractivities Respond to requests for information and access relevant files related to coursematerials Share best practices, trends and tips with internal teams. Stay current for new developments and changes in clinical patient care Use a content management system to make both routine and advanced updatesand edits
