Donegal.Job Duties & Responsibilities:*Implement and lead holistic nursing care within the service this includes coordinating with other team members to develop care plans that suits the individual's needs best which reflects their choices, to ensure the organisation's core values are reflected at all times.*Supervise the staff team with regard to the respite service delivery in accordance to the organisation's policy and to highest of quality.*Provide a nursing care for individuals with intellectual disability that would be enabling and facilitating, using an evidence approach. In a safe environment while maintaining dignity of the service users by promoting of normalisation and quality of life.Note: All nurses and midwives who practise in Ireland must by law be listed on the Register of Nurses and Midwives which is maintained by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
