Our team needs you to:Administer medications including oral, topical, drops, sprays, etc. per doctor’s orders according to the policies and procedures of the facility and adhering to the five rights of medication administration.Assist with med cart change over and the checking of the monthly med sheets as directed by the Charge Nurse.Monitor any changes in resident’s physical or mental behavior and report the abnormality to the Charge Nurse.Maintain medication cart in a clean and orderly state and re-stock with supplies as needed.Obtain a 40-hour valid and current Medication Aide certification in the State of Nebraska.
