Develop and/or modify established procedures for recording plant survey information in order to meet environmental assessment requirements. ` Requirements: Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong technical writing, organization, and time management skills. Ability to identify flora of the Appalachians, New England, or Mid-Atlantic region. Minimum of 24 credit hours in botany. Minimum of three (3) years’ experience conducting vegetation surveys. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Botany, Plant Ecology, Natural Resources, or a closely related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
