She is in her early to mid 20's. We want to fulfil her dream of studying on campus at the University of Hertfordshire. Her Care needs include personal care, toileting, meal prep, support with Moving and Handling as she is wheelchair based. As well as Social support - support accessing the community, managing her day to day routines. There will be 2:1 support for her. She will have a live-in carer with her at all times.
