This is an in-office position for candidates located in San Antonio, TX.The Wellness/Health Coach utilizes a collaborative process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation, to engage, educate, and promote/influence members in decisions related to achieving and maintaining optimal health status.

We are looking for a passionate and versatile Health Coach to join our team and work directly with patients to improve health by preventing and managing chronic disease through nutrition. The Health Coach will work with a motivated cross-functional team including Providers, Product Designers, and Data Scientists to develop and implement innovative healthcare programs. This individual will work with patients using a combination of in-person and remote sessions and will have access to the latest digital tools to support patient success.
