Graduate of a Masters degree program accredited by the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant Program (ARC-PA). Valid and current state license. Current or pending certification by an approved professional organization. Certifications as required by specialty which may be but are not limited to (BLS ACLS/ACLS-EP PALS ATLS CSR). Previous relevant Physician Assistant experience of one to two years is preferred. Roles within specialty departments may require additional experience. Excellent critical thinking and communication skills. Ability to collaborate with intra-interdepartmental team members along with organizational and community team members. Meets expectations within an environment requiring multi-tasking skills and diplomatic communication skills.

Assess and screen patients by conducting prescribe and administer medications according to diagnosischiatric evaluations, including interviews, medical histories, physical exams, observations, and psychological testing. Analyze data and results of assessments to diagnose patients. Monitor patients to determine the efficacy and potential side effects of medications. Develop a treatment plan, measure progress against the plan, and make adjustments as needed. Collaborate with a broader team of physicians, psychologists, and nurses to assess and adjust treatment plans
