Monitors emergency drug box on unit. Monitors progress of all decubiti and recommends any necessary interventions. Stages, measures and documents on all decubiti weekly and reports findings to Unit Coordinator. Maintains adequate supplies on unit, ordering supplies and modifying par levels as needed. Maintains cleanliness of treatment room and treatment carte Monitors treatment cart that only current dated solutions and treatments are present. Monitors that suction machine is clean and stocked with emergency supplies. Administers tube feedings as ordered and maintains equipment dated as per policy at bedside. Conforms to and interprets the philosophy, aims and policies Of the facility to resident, visitors and personnel.
