Responsibilities 1. Selected candidate shall be responsible to handle Stores & warehouse activity including all types of receipt, issue including loading & unloading activity.2. Monitor material receipt and its verification, checking of the receipt inward documents.3. Develop system and Monitor GRN Preparation and submission of Invoice in finance on daily basis4. Regular coordination with Incoming QC team for clearing incoming material.5. Ensure material binning as per specified binning location and after material Binning- Location update in SAP.6. Monitor Material issue to production team as per request after SAP transaction.7. Ensure Material picking as per project plan and issue to packing team after SAP transaction.8. Ensure material preservation as per storage guideline.

Qualifications:Have a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.Have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in all facets of outbound and inbound warehousing and transportation, preferably in the grocery or food service industry.Experience with private fleets and DOT regulationsExperience with Warehouse Management SystemsExperience performing budget creation, forecastingBe skilled on Excel, Microsoft Word and Access and Power Point programs.Be experienced in managing large warehouse and transportation staffs with a background in hiring, training, motivating and resolving employee relations issues.Have the ability to write reports, business correspondence, Best Practice, intra-company memos and outside correspondence.Have a minimum of 4 years planning, analytical and/or reporting experience, preferably in positions of increasing responsibility.Be able to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals and technical procedures.Possess detailed understanding of financial statements and resulting cost implications.Have the ability to identify financial issues and provide cost-effective solutions.
