Summary: Validate/qualify equipment, systems, and processes in accordance with regulatory requirements and support, follow and implement company manufacturing standards policies and proceduresEssential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:• Responsible for all aspects of the Validation programs onsite for a large scale Biopharmaceutical Drug Substance production facility.• Generates executes, and/or reviews master and completed qualification and validation protocols, summary reports, and associated data for conformance to regulations, SOPs, specifications and other applicable acceptance criteria.• Analyzes the results of testing and determines the acceptability of results against pre-determined criteria.• Investigates and troubleshoots problems that occur and determines solutions or recommendations for changes and/or improvements.• Reviews, edits and approves deviation notifications, deviation investigations, and corrective actions.• Reviews, edits and approves change controls, SOPs, reports, and other documentation.• Collaborates with functional departments to resolve issues.• Trains/advises less experienced Specialists.• May supervise, provide direction and assign work to Validations Specialists and/or contingent workers to meet goals and deadlines.• Manage and drives projects and prepares status reports.• May present at both internal and external (regulatory) audits• Stays current with industry trends, regulatory requirement updates, and communicating the same to team.• May manage full-time employees and/or contingent workers.• Performs other duties assigned by Management.• Some travel may be required.

Primary Responsibility:Under general supervision, works independently performing routine refrigeration maintenance and repair throughout the warehouse.Essential Functions:Performs operation, repair and adjustment of refrigeration system. Monitors system performance and determines when system is not operating correctly.Replaces components within the refrigeration’s system, with safe LOTO procedures and in accordance with PSM program.Performs basic pump out/evacuate refrigerant as necessary for valve replacement and/or repair.Performs routine maintenance on various types of warehouse equipment in accordance with OSHA Standards.Tests, maintains, and evaluates equipment performance using instruments such as voltmeters, ohmmeters, pyrometers, and pressure gauges. Tests and calibrates HVAC equipment.Inspects completed work for compliance to blueprints, specifications, and safety standards.Troubleshoots equipment and recommends corrective action. Individual should understand key troubleshooting techniques to determine root cause.Conducts tests of safety equipment to ensure OHSA and operational standardsMaintains accurate preventive maintenance records with the CMMS System.Keeps work area and tools 6S’d (well maintained, clean, organized, etc.), and performs housekeeping duties as required.Performs related work and other job assignments as required.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Fully competent to a high degree in mechanical knowledge.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Mathematical and documentation skills necessary.Ability to work with hands in mechanically oriented situations.Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.Proficient use of testing equipment.Must be able to work flexible shifts, if required, including on call.Share knowledge, train and develop less experienced technicians.
