Clinical Lead

A clinical lead is a vital member of the onsite clinical and management team. They provide support to the manager in leading and supervising a large staff team to ensure the highest standards of nursing care are delivered. The clinical lead takes responsibility for representing clinical matters within their area and offers professional advice to management. This role plays a central role in maintaining and further developing the care principles of the organization. General Responsibilities: 1. Lead a team of staff to deliver an excellent standard of care that promotes independence, dignity, and respect, positively enhancing the lives of clients. 2. Assess residents' needs, develop and implement care plans, and maintain accurate documentation on residents' records. 3. Organize the home and foster an attitude among staff that reflects the importance of residents achieving and maintaining maximum independence. 4. Maintain a quiet and calm atmosphere through encouragement and leading by example while caring for the residents. 5. Assist unqualified staff with in-service training and ensure they stay updated with current post-registration training.
