Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for optimizing the financial performance of a company, including its reporting, liquidity, and return on investment. They directly assist the Chief Operating Officer (COO) in all strategic and tactical matters related to budget management, cost-benefit analysis, forecasting needs, and securing new funding. The CFO assesses financial risks and opportunities and oversees and manages lower-level financial managers. They work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), CEO, and COO to develop the strategic plan and ensure the company's financial goals are aligned with its overall objectives. With their expertise, the CFO plays a crucial role in driving the financial success of the organization. General Responsibilities: 1. Oversee the company's fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing. 2. Assure legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations. 3. Identify and address financial risks and opportunities for the company. 4. Supervise the financial reporting and budgeting team. 5. Review financial reports for ways to reduce costs. 6. Collaborate effectively with the Chief Marketing Officer, CEO, and COO to develop the strategic plan.
