Oversee all aspects of surgery services, including planning, scheduling, coordination, following procedures, and ensuring the availability of necessary supplies and equipment. 5. Conduct thorough examinations of patients to better understand their medical condition and carefully assess all surgical risks involved. 6. Prescribe appropriate medication to aid in recovery and manage post-surgical pain effectively. 7. Refer patients to physical therapy, when necessary, to support their rehabilitation and enhance their overall recovery. 8. Monitor the ongoing progress and health of patients, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as required.
