S/he will assist the Facility Manager in the smoothrunning of the Home and in maximizing occupancy, in addition to ensuring it's financial and operationalperformance through effective budgetary controls.The ideal candidate should have proven management and excellent clinical abilities. S/he should have the drive, ambition and determination to make the Home succeed.
