For 50 years, SIS has been supporting hospitals, surgeons and clinics to reduce cost and operational strain by evaluating and reducing failure in operating rooms.
We want surgical equipment, instruments, and cameras to work as well as possible--for as long as possible.
On-site technicians are available to consistently and routinely service your equipment and surgical sets to extend the life of your investments.
Support staff and territory managers attend to the ever-changing needs of medicine by procuring, repairing and replacing surgical items. They create relationships with the staff, listening to concerns and working to keep operating rooms flowing seamlessly with reliable tools. You will know their faces and their names, and they will know yours as they pick up and return items daily or as necessary.
Our Clinical Education program ensures staff is knowledgeable and confident in use, transport, cleaning and sterilizing of instruments and scopes. We are able to offer educational credits for most certifying bodies including IAHCSMM, AORN, and CBSPD to become and maintain national certifications.
In multiple labs nationwide, our experienced techs can identify issues and return items like new quickly and effectively, using parts and materials sourced from the same manufacturers so that there is no difference in quality.
We also supply loaned equipment to ensure the operating rooms aren't lacking proper tools for surgery.
Our teams are available to schedule cleanings of decontamination areas, sterilizers and racks to comply with AAMI standards and prolong the life and ease of use in your equipment.
Let us help to relieve the stress of a camera not working, a tray or case cart too long without maintenance, or the logistics of sending and receiving items, so you can do what you do best: focus on the patients.
