Review patients' past medical history and reports, and summarize them accordingly. 2. Extract and summarize all relevant information from patients' notes and enter it into the system. 3. Efficiently file and retrieve paperwork to ensure organized record-keeping. 4. Ensure patients' files are kept up to date and in proper order for easy accessibility. 5.
