General Responsibilities:
1. Assist individuals in assessing their lifestyles and wellbeing
2. Help clients identify how their behaviors may be affecting their health
3. Support clients in creating personalized health plans to make positive changes
4. Set goals for improving clients' health and collaborate on action plans
5. Provide practical support and information to facilitate behavior change
6. Promote the benefits of regular exercise, healthy eating, reduced alcohol intake, breastfeeding, safe sex practices, and smoking cessation
7. Record and track clients' results and improvements to provide motivation
