Health Coach

A Health Coach is a supportive mentor and wellness authority who helps others feel their best through individualized food and lifestyle changes that meet their unique needs and health goals. They provide their services in private coaching practices, working one-on-one with clients or facilitating group coaching programs. Health Coaches assess a client's current health condition, develop health goals, provide counseling services, document progress, conduct behavioral health screenings, and establish treatment plans.
