Description:
The Health Informatics Trainer is an expert in clinical workflows and assigned system applications. They possess a strong working knowledge of hospital and clinic workflows, as well as administrative departments and operations. In addition to project management, evaluation, implementation, and support for new and existing applications, software fixes, updates, and new releases, they are cross-trained on multiple applications and actively participate in the identification and resolution of system issues. Working closely with the Manager of Professional Services and other Company team members, they deliver a cohesive and comprehensive set of professional services and training to meet the needs of Company customers.
General Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with clients, partners, and internal Company team members to understand customer needs.
2. Deliver high-energy training with strong communication skills to physicians and other healthcare providers on Company products, services, and related AI-based technologies in the clinical informatics healthcare environment.
3. Conduct on-site clinical informatics training and presentations.
4. Collaborate with co-workers on customer surveys and interviews to gather insights on current workflows and future workflows.
5. Apply information technology and AI, along with training, to solve provider care delivery and documentation challenges.
6. Review, analyze, and evaluate user needs related to the clinical systems.
7. Design, build, configure, and test the clinical systems.
