General Responsibilities:
1. Assess patient needs by reviewing medical records, personal observation, and discussions with healthcare professionals, patients' families, and patients themselves.
2. Develop and execute therapeutic programs tailored to meet the specific needs and interests of patients.
3. Plan and implement interventions that support patients in achieving their goals.
4. Engage patients in therapeutic activities such as games, sports, crafts, and more to maintain their physical and emotional well-being.
5. Assist patients in learning social skills necessary for independence.
6. Educate patients on coping mechanisms for managing stress, anxiety, or depression.
7. Document and analyze patients' progress.
8. Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and therapeutic responses.
